Student Activities Director and Japanese teacher Matt Hall and Science Instructional Supervisor Josh Bloom held the newly created “Hall’s Halloween Costume Contest” on the Quad of Palo Alto High School during lunch today. A “caish” prize of $50 was awarded to the winners of the best individual student, student group and individual teacher categories.
