As the 162-game Major League Baseball season comes to a close, postseason baseball is just around the corner. With all six divisions clinched, the four wild card teams are ready to play for a spot in the divisional series. The wild card games are set for today and tomorrow, with the divisional series for both the American and National Leagues beginning Thursday. The San Francisco Giants (64-98) have the worst record in the National League and are out of playoff contention, and with football season kicking off, many Bay Area students aren’t too eager about this year’s postseason baseball. Nonetheless, The Paly Voice went out to ask students to find out which playoff team truly runs October.

(The Paly Voice reached out to a number of female students at Palo Alto high school and they all declined to comment).
