Candidates seeking elected positions on next year’s Associated Student Body must submit their applications to the Student Activities Office by this Friday.

The application and a list of qualifications can be found on the Student Activities page on the Palo Alto High School website.

Candidates running for schoolwide as opposed to class-specific ASB positions can also make a one-minute video that InFocus will air the week of May 16, according to the official ASB press release.

“ASB seeks a wide variety of diverse candidates who are committed to making ASB/Leadership successful for the entire 2010-2011 school year,” ASB wrote in the press release. “There are nine appointed positions, six school-wide ASB officer positions and eight class officer positions (two per class).”

Students can vote for all ASB candidates between May 24 and 26 on the quad.
