Palo Alto High School boys’ soccer (12-3-3, 8-2-1) celebrated its Senior Night and last game in league play by defeating Los Gatos High School (9-8-3, 3-5-3) 2-1 to finish in first place in the De Anza League.

The team’s five seniors were honored in a ceremony before the game.

Junior midfielder Cole Tierney scored both of Paly’s goals, securing the team’s win.
