The Palo Alto Teen Arts Council hosted its second Open Mic of the school year at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 21 at the Palo Alto Children’s Theatre. Many Palo Alto High School students were given the opportunity to sing, improvise scenes, read poems, dance or act in front of an audience.
