Monday is the last day for students to bring their donations for Palo Alto High School’s Youth Community Service Club’s holiday gift drive.
The holiday gift drive focuses on providing underprivileged kids and teens with their requested presents in order to brighten their holiday season, according to the club’s president, senior Soo Song.
“You just take a card [from the display], and that’s a kid’s wish,” said Song. “Then you bring the gift back by Dec. 10 so each kid who has a wish can ultimately get a gift for Christmas.”
Friday is the last day to swing by the library and pick up a card, as gifts need to be turned in by Monday. The suggested money limit for these presents is around $20, according to the display across from the Student Activities Office.
