Next Saturday marks the 90th annual May Fete Parade and Fair in Palo Alto, where community members can enjoy marching bands, childrens’ floats and other entertainment.
The parade kicks off at 10 a.m. on University Avenue with Palo Alto High School’s pep band, which will march the streets of downtown. According to the City of Palo Alto website, the parade will feature a shorter route this year.
This year, the fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Heritage Park, a change from the usual location at Addison Elementary School. The Museum of American Heritage will also host a Vintage Vehicles and Family Fun Day across the street from Heritage Park.
