The Palo Alto High School girls’ tennis team lost to Lynbrook High School, 3-4, on Tuesday, at Paly.

Despite strong doubles performance, the Lady Vikes struggled to win in singles matches.

“We’ve got a lot of work to do,” head coach Andy Harader said. “Our doubles played fairly solid. We need to really improve our mental toughness in singles.”

The Vikings will play their next game at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, at Notre Dame High School.
