Teenagers and adults gather by the furnace to spend six hours glassblowing under the careful instruction of teaching assistant Anthony Alfaro and Paly graduate Austin Stern.
The participants have a choice of making as many snowmen, paperweights, ornaments, flowers, vases, and cups as they’d like, according to junior Liz Berg.

Paly Glass Weekend Workshops span twelve hours over two days and cost $375 per person, with each session limited to four people to maximize one-on-one attention.
