After three days of voting, the ASB elections results are in. The new ASB officers for 2008-2009 are junior Erik Klingbeil, who will replace Mohammed Abid as ASB president; junior Helene Zahoudanis, who will be vice president; sophomore Gracie Dulik, who will be secretary; and junior Juliet Carnoy, who will be treasurer, according to the ASB Web site. Zahoudanis and Carnoy ran for their positions unopposed.
ASB Athletic Commissioner will be junior Paul Brown, who also ran unopposed, and the ASB Social Commissioners will be sophomores Nicole Varveris and Emily Kenyon, who ran for the position together.
The class officer positions have also been decided. Junior Becky Byler will be senior class president and junior Eliza Stevens will be senior class vice president. Sophomores Ivan Zhou and Charlie Lin will be junior class president and vice president, respectively. The sophomore class president and vice president will be freshmen George Brown and Haley Conner, respectively.
Appointed ASB positions, including Tech Communication Officer, School Board Representative, and Spirit Commissioners, as well as Site Council Representatives for each class, are still being decided.
