In light of the prom frenzy that has besieged the Paly campus, The Paly Voice asked students to share their views on Paly’s prom limo policy, which can be viewed here. These are their responses:

“It would be better if there was no policy, but it’s ok.” -Mason Edwards, sophomore

“I get where the idea comes from, but it is a hassle and it’s expensive.” -Thomas Cho, junior

“It’s unfair to spend so much money to get there.” -Megan Kennelly, sophomore

“I don’t have a problem with it, but it’s kind of ridiculous to make people take a limo.” -Alexa Jones, senior

“I think that it is really stupid and there are lots of other services that people could use.” -Kianna Evans, sophomore

“I think it is kind of dumb that they don’t provide any free way to get to prom. I understand why, but to pay an extra fee is stupid. They should provide some bare bones way to get to prom.” -Tom Marks, junior

“It makes it easier, but I don’t care either way.” -Cassie Wedemeyer, junior

“I’m not going to prom, so it doesn’t affect me. But I don’t understand why you have to use a specific company.” -Andrea Panayides, senior
