Verbatim: What would be your ideal schedule?

“I liked the schedule at Jordan [Middle School]. It was like 1st through 6th periods one day, and 7th [period] was the beginning of the next day. I also kind of like block schedule, I don’t like sitting in a class for that long because I get bored.” -Chelsea Brunett, sophomore

“I want them to keep the schedule the way it is because it’s easy to not change it.” -Mike Calonne, junior

“Monday and Friday should be the only non-block days, because preps would be sick and we would have less homework every night.” -Ben Afshar, senior

“I don’t think I would be able to handle of 90 minutes of class everyday.” -Jillian Liu, senior

“My ideal schedule would be to get up at noon and be done by five. All kidding aside, if school did go later it would make things more complicated for parents and sports people.” Ms. Taylor, English Department

“I would probably start at 8:30 and get out at 3:30, with no block periods.” -Chris Hood, sophomore

“I like a later start time, but I wouldn’t really like getting out later. If it was only like 15 minutes or half an hour, it wouldn’t really make a difference.” -Rachel Harrus, freshman

“I would like a later start, like at 8:30. I liked the system at Jordan [Middle School] where you only had six out of seven classes a day.” -Emily Kennan, senior

“I would like it if school started a little later and ended a little later, and I don’t really like block periods.” -Yusei Tajima, sophomore

“I don’t mind how long classes are, but if they started earlier it would be nice. Nap time would be nice too.” -Jared Beeson, junior
