Recently, current students of Jordan Middle School proposed new names for their school following a decision by the Palo Alto Unified School District School Board to rename both Jordan and Terman as a result of their founders’ ties to eugenics. In light of these events, The Paly Voice has compiled 20 of our favorite potential names for Jordan, along with our justifications for each. Not a fan of our ideas below? Think you can do better? Outside of Voice, Evan runs AquariumKids, a community of over two hundred thousand people dedicated to helping kids and young adults play a role in the future of aquaria. He is also the captain of Paly’s Lincoln–Douglas debate team.
