Over the summer, building improvements were completed on the Palo Alto High School campus. These additions relate to the Tower Building, which houses all administrative departments, and the football stadium. New windows cover the office walls in the tower building. “The new windows add a modern touch to the old building,” said student Zoe Tierney (’15). A brand new track, two long-jump pits, home and visitor bleachers and media box line Paly’s Hod Ray Field. Paly varsity running back, Marcus Brown (’14) commented about the new stands, “it’s a more attractive venue for fans to come to games.” Due to the high usage of the Tower Building, football stadium and track by the Paly community, the updates are already being put to use by students, staff and other community members.
