Junior Camila Luz tempers her chocolate, preparing for her next batch of orders. According to Luz she loves cooking because for her it's a creative outlet. "I like that with cooking, you can really throw anything in there", Luz said. "it's process where I can expand my creativity by adding new flavors and not be afraid."
