![Community members browse the art vendors that lined University Avenue at the Palo Alto Festival of the Arts, on Aug 22-23. According to the CEO and President of the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce Charlie Weidanz, the festival's atmosphere was calming for the community. “People enjoy it [the festival],” Weidanz said. “They’re relaxed.
