Cappucho, a small coffee shop in Redwood City, serves fresh croissants and quality coffee since opening on Oct. 17, in Redwood City. Cappucho owner Joe Witherspoon said he roasts all coffee beans in-house and has been honing his skills. “I took a crash course in coffee roasting in Taiwan about a month ago," Witherspoon said. "Now I'm really just trying to perfect the coffee.”

Taiwanese Cold Brew — Cold brew from Costa Rican beans roasted in Taiwan and served chilled without ice.

Cappucho — $5.00 — A warm cappuccino, made from equal parts milk, espresso, and foam, topped with chocolate powder.

A firefighter sprays the trash pile. Garbage truck driver Edwin Herrera was picking up trash when he noticed the contents of the truck had caught fire. “The flames were coming out of the truck,” Herrera said. “Big [flames], maybe the size of the whole side [of the truck].”

According to Manager Suang, the efficiency in their kitchen makes it good choice for people who come in and have a limited time to eat. “Some people are at school, or at work, and they come over during lunchtime; they only have a limited time, and we can make it very fast for them," Suang said.
