Cailey Quita (Class of 2026) joined the Paly Incubator/Voice her sophomore year. She is now the Editor-in-Chief of Paly’s student travel magazine, Via Verde. Aside from academics, she’s on the varsity track & field team and a captain of the varsity cheer squad.

According to Martinez, working since the restaurant's opening has created new experiences for her and other employees. "With a new restaurant, there's a lot of things to think about," Martinez said. ![At the grab-and-go, healthy restaurant Proper Food, customers are given the option to have their food heated up.
