Sometimes, your idea of a perfect cut and your barber’s idea of what you want don’t quite align, resulting in a catastrophe. Although you may ask for it to be fixed, oftentimes you go home and hope to salvage it by styling it in the best way possible. In the case of some members of the Palo Alto High School boys’ soccer team, the only option of styling is to cover it up completely with a beanie.

Last Friday, the boys’ varsity team members gave the traditional beginning-of-the-season haircuts to each team member, the worst of which were given to to first-year varsity players. The Paly Voice took before and after shots for a side-by-side comparison of some of the best (or worst) hairstyles.
