The San Jose Ramen Yokocho Festival on Oct. 3-5 and Oct. 10-12 consists of stores from all around the world, ranging from Los Angeles to Japan, all of which presents an impressive array of ramen noodle variations. From ramen burritos to ramen burgers, the festival is a striking opportunity for the common ramen enthusiast to take his or her experience to the next level.
Self-dubbed the largest ramen festival in the United States, the Ramen Yokocho Festival brings the “world’s best ramen shops” to the Bay Area, according to its website. Ten critically acclaimed booths set up shop in the San Jose Convention Center and The Paly Voice tried them all. If you didn’t get a chance to go, the festival will still be open next weekend.
