The Palo Alto Teen Council hosted the charity event ‘Glow for the Phillipines’ to benefit rescue efforts in the Philippines after Typhoon Haiyan. All funds raised by the event were donated towards Palo Alto’s sister city, Palo, in the Philippines’ Leyte province.
