Palo Alto High School’s glassblowing program will be holding a holiday glass sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow in the Tower Building.
Glass holiday ornaments, holiday candy canes and other decorative glassware will be on sale, according to Steve Ferrera, instructor of Paly’s glassblowing program.
“All glass products have been made by students, TAs [teaching assistants] and faculty,” Ferrera said. “The proceeds benefit the Paly glassblowing program. Also, the students and TAs that sell their work get to keep the money from the work that they sell.”
Students are also excited about the upcoming sale.
“I can’t wait for the glass sale tomorrow,” senior Kirby Gee said. “It would be a great opportunity to pick up some cool Christmas gifts for my family.”
