The Associated Student Body will hold a second Club Day during lunch tomorrow on the quad for the first time in Palo Alto High School history, according to the event’s Facebook page.
Unlike the first Club Day, there will not be an extended lunch period, according to junior class president Jessica Tam.
“It’s still going to be a big event for clubs, though not as big as the first Club Day,” Tam said. “So far, there have been about 10 new clubs formed just for second semester, and some old clubs will be participating as well.”
ASB will hold the second Club Day to offer new clubs a chance to receive publicity, according to Tam.
“It’s never been done before, but if it goes well, hopefully this can be something we can do again in the future,” Tam said. “I think the event is going to be great.”
