Palo Alto High School students and parents will have the opportunity to hear a nationally recognized speaker give a presentation about the 41 Developmental Assets from 7 to 9 p.m. on Oct. 19, in the Board Room at 25 Churchill.
The speaker, Clay Roberts, will discuss the 41 Developmental Assets, which are defined by the Search Institute of Minneapolis, Minn. as “key elements for the growth of healthy young adults.”
Students took a survey with questions involving the 41 Developmental Assets to evaluate how the Palo Alto Unified School District stood in terms of child and teen health last October, and the results were released in March.
Spanish translation will be provided, and the presentation can be viewed live on channel 28.
