Feinberg:

We will not be having a rally today at lunch.

As some of you may be aware, there was an incident last night at Gunn High School, between our junior and senior classes. We are currently calling kids in. Through video camera, through testimony, through witness statements, and other means, and we are suspending these students.

Juniors and seniors will be deducted points, a substantial number of points. We will not be having today’s rally. We will let the school know if this continues for Thursday and Friday as well.

I strongly encourage those students who were involved to speak with [Assistant Principal] Mr. [Jerry] Berkson or I rather quickly. That would be very good on your behalf. You don’t want to be called in without coming to see us first. Thank you. Feel free to disperse.
