On Friday, demonstrators lined up on a stretch of El Camino, many just a few feet away from Palo Alto High School; some protested the inauguration of Donald Trump as the 45th President of the United States while others attended for different reasons. The demonstration was part of a larger Inauguration Day Sidewalk Protest on parts of El Camino throughout the peninsula.
