Boys’ lacrosse to play rival Los Gatos

    Following a three-game losing streak, the Palo Alto High School boys’ lacrosse team (7-6-2) bounced back and beat Carlmont High School (5-7-4) 9-5, and hopes to secure another win against the Los Gatos High School Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Thursday on the Paly lacrosse field.

    Girls soccer to face Pioneer in CCS open division

    For the last two seasons, the The Palo Alto High School girls’ soccer team (12-4-2, 8-2-2) have lost in the Open Division quarterfinals of the Central Coast Section playoffs. This season, the Vikings are looking to turn things around and advance in the tournament. Their playoff run begins with a matchup against the Pioneer High School Mustangs (15-1-4, 10-1-3) at 5:30 p.m. tomorrow at Pioneer High School.
