District superintendent Mary Frances Callan, Ph.D., visited Paly at lunch today to talk with teachers in the ERC. Callan has visited Paly twice before this year, but this is the first and only informal lunch session scheduled this year.

"I started these visits last year," Callan said. "It’s an opportunity to get to know the staff better and answer any questions they might have."

Various topics were on the agenda for today’s lunch meeting.

"Benefits and co-pay are things we’d like to discuss," Paly math teacher Suzanne Antink said. Topics likely to be discussed were the budget, curriculum, and whatever else the staff would wish to discuss.
