Cappucho, a small coffee shop in Redwood City, serves fresh croissants and quality coffee since opening on Oct. 17, in Redwood City. Cappucho owner Joe Witherspoon said he roasts all coffee beans in-house and has been honing his skills. “I took a crash course in coffee roasting in Taiwan about a month ago," Witherspoon said. "Now I'm really just trying to perfect the coffee.”
